Mae Francis, known best for inspiring and transferring positivity to whomever she comes in contact with!
Mae is currently the President and Owner of Lookin’ Up Consulting, a training and development company that builds interactive programs, speeches, and coaching that educate and inspire professionals; as well as programs that support the emotional and social development of youth.
With more than 25 years in the field of Teaching and Training, Mae believes that her purpose on Earth is to enhance the lives of others. Mae spent 19 years in the chemical industry: five years selling plasticizers for Sterling Chemicals and 14 years as the Training and Development leader for Ashland Chemicals.
Mae has been certified as a trainer and coach by the Association of Training and Development (ATD), formerly American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
Additionally, Mae is a United States Army veteran who also studied Bible and Theology as well as Business Administration at St. Leo and College of the Mainland colleges.
Mae currently serves as an active member of the Texas City/La Marque, Galveston Regional and League City Chambers of Commerce, Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD, Advisory Board Member to the College of the Mainland for the PTEC Operator’s program, NAACP and is an active big sister for Gulf Coast, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Mae is the mother of one, Whitnie, and married to Merlin.
