Experiential Leader offers a range of team involvement through unspecified projects and unpublished activities. The projects and activities are designed with the customer along a sliding scale range of challenge levels based on the needs of the group.
Every event is delivered through a consistent process. The intentionally vague agenda is a purposeful design element, so that our graduates are ready for the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous), or real world.
