However, what sets me apart is an in depth understanding that each organization has a unique story and that story impacts their “why” behind changes in their organization. Understanding trust and motivation in organizational culture is essential to helping them adopt processes to get their teams and organization to the next level” – Juliane Pelfrey

She was very helpful in assisting with learning my new organization, and the expectations in my role and defining a strategy on what I should set as a priority in aligning with my boss and creating my strategy for the year.” Medical, Longterm Care
“I met Juliane through one of my professional networks. I began talking with her about some ideas for a business. We scheduled some time to walk through her Entrepreneur Assimilation program. This was so helpful. She was able to guide my thoughts to give me action items to get my business started. While I am still just a start up, her assistance was so helpful in making my dream of business ownership a reality.” Construction, Support
“We worked with Juliane to define a succession map for some of our key leadership positions as we worked through some substantial changes in our organization. We had critical leaders retiring and needed to get a quick plan to replace them in place. We worked with Juliane to help us set up a process to determine how we would identify next leader and insure kept them engaged to be able to execute the plan. She did a great job of simplifying the process as we do not have a large HR and mostly founders were involved in the planning.” Construction, Property Development
