Ed Silva is a business consulting leader helping companies improve their operational and organizational effectiveness for over 30 years. He is the founding principal at PTS Partners LLC, a data and analytics consulting firm dedicated to helping clients become data driven organizations. Ed is also an active consulting partner with Excellent Cultures, helping clients assess and transform their corporate culture.
Ed has led large operations for companies such as Hewlett Packard and has started several consulting practices in the US and Latin America for various companies. Ed has worked with clients of all sizes from fortune 200 companies, family run businesses and start-ups. His industry experience is extensive working with Insurance, Health and Life Science, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Financial Services, Mining, Transportation, Automotive and Non-Profits.
Ed is the father of two boys and grandfather of two and lives with his wife of 40 years in Keller TX, a suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth. He enjoys physical fitness, teaching and coaching.
