Israel Gandara serves Excellent Cultures Clients as IGNITE YOUNG LEADERS Program Director and Social Media Manager. Israel is dedicated to reshaping Gen Z’s culture to excellence. With a background in both service and sales industries where he set records in both sales success and speed in being promoted to management. He’s very passionate about empowering today’s young minds. He specializes in instilling the values of Excellence, Unity, Alignment, and Service-Over-Self in today’s next generation of future leaders.
Israel’s journey with Excellent Cultures began by attending his first Achieving Excellent Culture Workshop with a friend when he was only 16 serving as an Excellent Cultures high school intern. He ultimately ended up participating multiple times. Deepening his learning and commitment to empowering today’s young leaders to do the same on each occasion became a theme. He’s a catalyst for positive change, inspiring young leaders to both embrace a brighter future and achieve it.
Israel comes from a family of eleven children where he was the youngest. While he excelled in both academics and athletics, he found his greatest success in the business world serving in both service and sales industries as well as in management. He’s both a natural and a developed leader with a gift of charisma and an engaging personality.
His personal mission in life is to IGNITE YOUNG LEADERS to find and fulfill their giftings, passion and purpose in life.
