DIVERSITY THAT PRODUCES CHAOS OR UNITY THAT CELEBRATES DIVERSITY?

As a Hispanic American, I’m all for Diversity in Corporate America.  Having spent 4 Decades building the world’s best cultures for the world’s best companies I’m very disappointed and even disturbed about how most firms are going about implementing it.  Here’s how to do Diversity Right:
